accepted to and enrolled in a college or university with plans to enter as a Freshman in Fall 2012

The review committee may request financial information from the family at a later time. An interview may also be requested.

Provide three (3) letters of personal recommendation. At least one (1) must be from a coach or faculty member at your high school.

These letters must all be typed on school, organization, association or company letterhead.

The letters of recommendations must be received no later than May 1st, no exceptions.
